Our Order Fulfillment Center (OFC) in McDonough, GA, is hiring for a Part-time General Warehouse position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Follow established procedures to complete tasks efficiently while meeting or exceeding productivity and accuracy goals. Complete assigned workload according to procedures to meet or exceed department productivity and accuracy standards. Effectively utilize system resources and equipment to process workload. Identify and communicate issues that would negatively impact customer service, safety, teamwork, and/or the profitability of the company. Putaway – Replenish prime pick locations with products from Receiving, Retail, Returns, and Bulk. Pull product from bulk locations to replenish prime locations. Use available systems and equipment effectively to manage and process assigned workload. Support other departments and team members as needed. Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations. Restock and organize inventory by replenishing prime pick locations with products from Receiving, Retail, Returns, and Bulk. Store and transfer products between bulk and prime locations to maintain efficient inventory flow. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read and understand English and perform basic math. Comfortable using technology, including scanners and computers. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals. Ability to climb stairs, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and lift up to 70 lbs. consistently. Pay Rate: $17.25 Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday, with a daily start time of 9 AM and flexible end times that do not extend beyond 5:30 PM. The selected candidate will be assigned a consistent schedule within this timeframe, determined by mutual agreement based on availability and operational needs.
