Enrollment Consultant – Project Employee - 0033781 United States Worker Location: Remote Description The Enrollment Consultant is responsible for engaging and enrolling candidates into their Right Management service benefit program by providing a ‘best in class’ customer service and experience in and outbound and inbound call center environment. Efficient and effective enrollment directly correlates to total utilization of programs and overall take up, which directly impacts Right Management profitability and revenue. This position is project-based and hours will vary based upon the business needs and volume, not to exceed 28 hours a week. Accountabilities Results & Strategy The Enrollment Consultant must successfully contact candidates via various methods in order to enroll them in the Right Management program identified for them. The Enrollment Consultant must assess and determine special needs or issues influencing the engagement decision, explaining the nature of our service offerings, assisting in mode of service preference and selection, and offer accelerated or conventional start scenarios resulting in service initiation. Data integrity and maintaining accurate records in various systems is also required. Client & Candidate Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients to ensure that they utilize the programs that have been selected for them and are successful in initiated the programs. Thought Leadership Lead with guiding values of ManpowerGroup and ensure that relevant industry knowledge is provided to candidates Qualifications Qualifications - External Experience Required • Industry: Virtual contact center experience preferred • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Technology: Competency in MS office products, ability to multitask and a high level of data integrity • Experience: excellent customer service skills Nice to Have • Language: bilingual experience (English, French, Spanish). • Experience: previous experience in a similar role This role pays between $21-22 hourly.
