We're a fast-growing tax advisory firm serving high-income professionals and business owners. Our marketing is education-driven, B2B-focused, and built around email, content, and automation to support long-term client relationships.

We are looking for an all-around Marketing Support Specialist who can support email marketing, CRM automation, blogging, and general marketing execution as we continue to scale.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will help improve email performance inside ActiveCampaign, support GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, assist with blog content, and provide well-rounded marketing support across channels.

This role is not strategy-only. We are looking for someone who can review, execute, optimize, and follow through.

Key Responsibilities

Review and optimize ActiveCampaign email campaigns and automations

Diagnose and improve low email open rates and deliverability

Improve subject lines, segmentation, tagging, and list hygiene

Support GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automations, and CRM workflows

Assist with blogging and written content

Editing, formatting, publishing, and light content creation

Aligning blog content with email and B2B messaging

Provide all-around marketing support as needed

Campaign execution

Funnel support

Content coordination

Coordinate closely with leadership on priorities and timelines

Provide clear updates on what is completed, in progress, and needs attention

Requirements

US-based applicants only

Proven experience with ActiveCampaign (required)

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) (required)

Experience with blogging or content support (required)

Strong understanding of email deliverability and open-rate optimization

Experience with B2B marketing, preferably in professional services

Hands-on, execution-focused mindset

Strong written communication skills

Organized, reliable, and responsive
