Are you a seasoned professional in the world of hedge funds? Do you have a strong background in operational due diligence? If so, Franklin Templeton Investments has an exciting opportunity for you as our Director of Operational Due Diligence for our hedge fund portfolio. You will be a key member of our investment team, utilizing your expertise to evaluate and monitor the operational risks associated with our hedge fund investments. We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a passion for hedge funds and a deep understanding of operational due diligence processes. Conduct operational due diligence on potential hedge fund investments to evaluate operational risks and ensure alignment with Franklin Templeton's investment strategy. Develop and maintain relationships with hedge fund managers to gather information and monitor their operational processes. Collaborate with the investment team to identify and assess potential operational risks within the hedge fund portfolio. Create and maintain due diligence reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to hedge fund operations. Monitor and report on any changes or developments in the operational landscape that may impact the hedge fund portfolio. Work closely with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure all due diligence activities comply with company policies and procedures. Participate in investment committee meetings to provide updates on operational due diligence findings and recommendations. Conduct ongoing monitoring and due diligence on existing hedge fund investments to ensure continued alignment with company standards and policies.
