Directs pre- and post-award operations for University grants and contracts. Facilitates authorization and submission of all proposals to funding agencies and directs negotiations of grant and contract award terms and conditions. Improves standard policies and operating procedures and prepares budget.<br><br>Med-Emergency Medicine<br><br>The Director of Grants & Contracts (Pre and Post Award) in the Department of Emergency Medicine is responsible for managing and directing a portfolio of over $10M in sponsored projects from NIH, Department of Defense, other federal sponsors, foundations, and industry. Work includes proposal development and submission and overseeing post-award management. This position will develop processes and oversee staff in order to ensure compliance with all sponsor and federal guidelines.
