<p>A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving performance marketing, managing OTA optimization, SEO, CRM, and revenue-focused campaigns across all hotel verticals.<br><br><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p><p>As Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with the Director of Marketing to increase hotel brand awareness. Specifically, a Digital Marketing Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:</p><ul><li>Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Programmatic and Native platforms.</li><li>Drive campaign for Rooms, Restaurants, Brunches, Spa, etc. </li><li>Manage full-funnel execution including keyword research, competition analysis, A/B Testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.</li><li>Create monthly ROI dashboards and performance presentations</li><li>Oversee content accuracy and optimization on Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda Hotelbeds, and other OTA platforms.</li><li>Manage promotions, parity, conversion optimization, and reporting.</li><li>Manage spa booking platform and execute digital campaigns.</li><li>Track treatment revenue, booking performance and conversions. </li><li>Prepare weekly spa marketing performance reports and ROAS dashboards.</li><li>Manage digital objectives for Restaurants, Brunches and pool bookings using Seven Rooms</li><li>Deploy campaign to drive reservations and track attributed revenues, </li><li>Run and optimize lead-generation campaigns for MICE, weddings, and events, ensuring high-quality leads and conversions.</li><li>Manage and grow e-gift and e-shop sales through daily optimizations and campaign execution</li><li>Oversee microsite updates, UX improvements, and SEO strategy to improve ranking and traffic.</li><li>Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns while analysing performance metrics.</li><li>Produce weekly/ monthly digital performance report across all key channels.</li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><p>A Digital Marketing Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
