Position : Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fresher who has a strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and the latest AI-driven advancements in SEO. The candidate should be eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to campaign performance and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities : Google Ads

  • Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video & Performance Max).
  • Conduct keyword research, ad group structuring, and ad copy creation.
  • Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversions.
  • Work on budget allocation, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports and provide improvement insights.

SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical)

  • Perform on-page optimizations such as meta tags, header hierarchy, keyword placement, URL optimization, schema, and content optimization.
  • Support off-page activities : link building, guest posting, directory submissions, outreach, brand mentions, etc.
  • Assist in performing technical SEO audits : crawl errors, site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexation, sitemaps, canonicalization, and mobile friendliness.
  • Track keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, and traffic performance.
  • Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO improvements.
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI in SEO

  • Understand how platforms like Google SGE, Bing AI Search, and generative search models influence ranking and visibility.
  • Optimize content to be SGE-friendly : conversational formats, structured answers, entity optimization, and E-E-A-T alignment.
  • Utilize AI tools for keyword clustering, competitor analysis, content gap identification, and performance insights.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI tools, search patterns, and algorithm shifts.
  • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Ads and SEO fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SEO types : On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and GEO.
  • Awareness of AI-driven SEO advancements and generative search trends.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Manager, keyword research tools, and SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog preferred).
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
