Join us! • Please note this role is a 6-month contract with potential for long-term employment* Your Role Zip is looking for a Digital Events Marketing Manager to join as a contractor on our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our webinar programs to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance our brand presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and promote our webinars effectively. You will be responsible for managing the logistics, design, reporting, and budgeting of our virtual events including owned webinars, sponsored webinars with 3rd party partners, and content syndication efforts. You will work closely across departments with sales, brand and product marketing, demand gen, and customer marketing. The ideal candidate is experienced in project management, content ideation, copywriting, and has an eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. They are resourceful, results-driven, strive for excellence, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You Will • Activate and support in managing a comprehensive webinar and content syndication (investments in sponsoring content across 3rd party partners/platforms) marketing strategies that aligns with our overall marketing goals. • Collaborate with internal/external thought leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging webinar topics, scripts, and presentations in addition to identifying the most effective content to promote (existing ebooks, reports, etc.) across content syndicates. • Develop and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns (email, social media, website) to maximize attendance and engagement. • Utilize audience insights to tailor content and messaging, ensuring relevance and value to attendees. • Partner with sales to ensure generated leads are routed correctly and worked by representatives both pre-and post campaign activation. • Leverage salesforce and Omni (reporting tool) to produce reporting for account mapping and campaign management. Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. • Create post-webinar follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert attendees into customers. • Maintain asana and/or other project management of event and webinar production. Qualifications • 3+ years in experience in webinar marketing or digital marketing • Strong project management skills • Experience in webinar management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making. • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement. • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting with meticulous attention to detail Nice to Have • Experience in project management software, event marketing or management, and sales management tools: Asana, Salesforce, webinar platforms, etc. The expected rate for this role is $30- $45 per hour.
