<p><strong style="font-size:15px;">Description</strong><p>Retail organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide frontline and intermediate-level technical support across the company’s IT environment. This hybrid role bridges traditional Level 1 duties—such as end‑user support and troubleshooting—with select Level 2 responsibilities involving systems administration, networking, and security.
