The position serves as the frontline extension of sales leadership and plays a critical role in distribution expansion, merchandising standards, promotional execution, and sampling conversion.</p><p><br></p><p>Success in this role is defined by measurable sales growth, distribution gains, account retention, and consistent in-store execution standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>1. Sales & Account Management (70%)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>New Account Development</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, prospect, and secure new on-premise and off-premise beverage accounts.</li><li>Deliver professional sales presentations that communicate brand value, commercial opportunity, and growth potential.</li><li>Support account onboarding, initial orders, and launch execution.</li><li>Partner with distributor representatives to ensure successful placement and activation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Active Account Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain consistent in-market presence within assigned territory.</li><li>Drive distribution expansion, SKU penetration, and incremental placements.</li><li>Increase reorder frequency through proactive relationship management.</li><li>Execute promotional programming and seasonal initiatives to maximize sell-through.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with store managers, beverage buyers, and key stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>At-Risk Account Recovery</strong></p><ul><li>Identify accounts with declining performance or reduced engagement.</li><li>Analyze root causes impacting sell-through or visibility.</li><li>Implement corrective action plans including merchandising improvements, promotional resets, and re-engagement strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with distributor partners to restore sales momentum.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Marketing Execution & Retail Activation (Included Within 70%)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Merchandising & Display Standards</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure optimal product placement aligned with Delta merchandising standards.</li><li>Maintain shelf integrity including facings, rotation, pricing accuracy, and stock levels.</li><li>Build, monitor, and refresh secondary placements such as endcaps, floor displays, and cold box features.</li><li>Conduct regular in-store audits to confirm availability and competitive positioning.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Point-of-Sale (POS) & Signage</strong></p><ul><li>Install and maintain approved POS materials and signage.</li><li>Ensure brand standards and visual guidelines are consistently upheld.</li><li>Identify and correct execution gaps in display compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Retail Promotions</strong></p><ul><li>Execute in-store promotions aligned with strategic sales initiatives.</li><li>Support key selling periods and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Ensure promotional displays align with pricing strategy and distribution goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3.
