Are you ready for a delivery position with reliable hours, dependable pay, and a supportive team behind you? We’re expanding our driver workforce and recruiting candidates out of the York, PA region to join our full-time team based out of MOUNT JOY, PA.

This role is designed for people who appreciate a clear daily schedule, structured responsibilities, and an environment that values professionalism and consistent performance.

Work Schedule & Pay Details

  • Daily delivery shifts from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 40+ hours available per week
  • Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Paid, instructor-led training before routes begin
  • Competitive starting pay of $23.75/hr

What You’ll Do

  • Complete scheduled deliveries across regional communities
  • Operate company delivery vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
  • Keep deliveries on schedule with accuracy and accountability
  • Work through varied weather conditions safely
  • Handle packages based on route type (weights vary by delivery type)

Position Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Delivery experience is helpful but not required
