ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst (Business Analyst) to join the Platform and Operations team at Endeavor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a business, math, economics, or analytics professional with 2-4 years of experience to play a key role in Endeavor’s global business analysis and operations. In this role, you will lead a range of data projects across Endeavor, utilizing advanced analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret complex datasets. You will transform raw data into actionable insights that fuel process improvements, inform strategic decision-making, and measure product and business success metrics. You will design and implement robust data models, develop and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards, and utilize data querying tools to extract meaningful trends and patterns. Additionally, you will work with CRM and LMS systems to optimize data integrity and reporting, ensuring stakeholders across Endeavor’s global network have access to accurate, timely, and relevant information. This is a remote role, with occasional travel (<10%) for in-person meetings and team building. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Data Analysis and Project Support: • Support platform and product goals by analyzing organizational data, developing KPIs, and building/maintaining dashboards using Snowflake/SQL, Salesforce, arenaflex Sheets, and Tableau. • Define, track, and report on business and product KPIs to measure initiatives and drive continuous improvement. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive ERD/data dictionary for key objects, defining key record types, fields, relationships, and structure. • Design, implement, and optimize data models to support scalable analytics solutions. • Communication and Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to understand project requirements and deliver actionable solutions. • Clearly communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. • Proactively ask insightful questions and contribute to team discussions to drive better outcomes • Learning and Development: • Stay current with new skills, technologies, and best practices in data analysis. • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities provided by Endeavor’s international network. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS : • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in diverse or global teams. • Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, arenaflex Suite, and [nice to have] Python, dbt, Salesforce. • Proficiency in English (intermediate level, both oral and written).
