Your role is pivotal in driving customer loyalty and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.</p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></u></b></p><p>Client Onboarding:</p><ul><li>Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.</li></ul><p>Customer Relationship Management:</p><ul><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct regular check-ins to understand clients' evolving needs and challenges.</li></ul><p>Retention Strategies:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention rates.</li><li>Proactively address potential issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.</li></ul><p>Upselling and Cross-Selling:</p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services based on client needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to explore cross-selling possibilities.</li></ul><p>Customer Advocacy:</p><ul><li>Cultivate customer advocates by identifying satisfied clients willing to provide testimonials or participate in case studies.</li><li>Leverage satisfied customers to generate referrals.</li></ul><p>Feedback Collection:</p><ul><li>Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Work with product development teams to relay customer feedback for continuous product enhancements.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proactive problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Basic Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer</li><li>Employer will not sponsor a visa for this or future positions</li><li>Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Internal Salary Grade:</b> 20E</p><p><b>Note - this position is open to all locations and will be remote!</b></p><p></p><p><b><u>Compensation & Benefits: </u></b>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. <b>The base pay for this position ranges from $70,560/year to $100,620/year. </b>Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position.
