We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Specialist. Excellent customer service is an essential qualification for consideration.


What You'll Do:

Assist customers in our Clearance Center and over the phone, ensuring a positive shopping experience

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers find the best solutions Schedule and coordinate furniture deliveries

Handle incoming calls, voicemail messages, and follow up with customers regarding delivery time frames and outstanding payments

Utilize computer systems for order processing and customer inquiries

Support daily operational tasks including delivery documentation, invoice updates, and reporting

Communicate with sales staff, warehouse teams, and management regarding customer delivery issues or special requests

Assist with moving, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom floor as needed

Perform basic cash handling and administrative responsibilities as assigned
