Job Summary

Cigna, a global health service company dedicated to improving the health, well-being, and peace of mind of those we serve, is seeking enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providers, and clients. You will assist with inquiries related to insurance benefits, claim status, provider directories, and other service-related issues, all while delivering top-tier customer support in a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance coverage, benefits, claims, and billing.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to healthcare plans and services.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions using internal systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or specialists when necessary.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and efficient support.

  • Stay updated on Cignas products, services, and internal processes.

  • Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines and company protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
