Job Description

  • Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 2900 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming point of contact for client calls and emails, providing prompt and professional customer support
  • Accurately prepare and manage all sales documentation, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes
  • Support the Sales Team with essential administrative tasks such as reviewing visuals, floor plans, and preparing installation reports
  • Coordinate order processing and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and seamless installations
  • Contribute to dynamic, ad-hoc projects and tasks that drive business progress and efficiency
