We’re looking for Customer Service Agent  to support a government-related project, assisting members of the public with enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. If you enjoy problem-solving, interacting with people, and providing clear guidance in a professional manner, this role could be a great fit. On-the-job training will be provided. 

  • Location: Mapletree Business City
  • Salary: Up to $2,800 + KPI Incentive + Bonus 
  • Leave Benefits: Annual Leave up to 18 Days + Birthday leave + Family Care Leave + Statutory Leave
  • Working Schedule: 5 days/week [8.45am to 6.15pm / 11.45am to 9.15pm]* With Hybrid work arrangement 

About the Role:
You will be supporting users by handling incoming enquiries and guiding them through step-by-step solutions. More complex cases will be escalated to the relevant teams. This role requires good listening skills, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm during peak periods.

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance
  • Follow call handling procedures and service standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism during high call volumes

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Comfortable with the scheduled shifts (including weekends when needed)
