Work You’ll Do
As the CRM Copywriter you will craft the voice that powers dynamic, data-driven customer experiences—bridging the worlds of CRM vision, creative storytelling, and omni-channel communication. You’ll set the standard for compelling CRM copy and campaign messaging that not only engages and inspires but drives measurable business results for our clients.

Your role spans strategy, content creation, and team mentorship, sitting at the crossroads of creativity, technology, and customer experience. You’ll partner with strategists, designers, technologists, and data scientists to turn brand and CRM strategies into emotionally resonant, high-performing communications across digital channels. Your words will inspire connection, action, and loyalty, continuously raising the bar on CRM excellence.

As the CRM Copywriter, you will:

  • Conceptualize, write, and refine multi-channel assets with focus on email and direct mail, ensuring every word and story ladder up to client objectives, leverage insights from brief related to audience, personalization, and product, and deliver on campaign tone and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with CRM strategists to map customer journeys and identify high-impact engagement moments, shaping messages that foster loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
  • Translate creative briefs and business goals into actionable, engaging assets, incorporating data, feedback, and best practices to optimize campaign performance.
  • Present creative ideas and rationales to clients and internal teams, championing narrative strategy and adapting to evolving feedback and real-time performance data.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, producers, and technologists to ensure cohesive and impactful omni-channel campaign delivery.
  • Stay current on trends in CRM, digital storytelling, social platforms, and MarTech capabilities—infusing best-in-class, platform-native thinking into everything you create.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, adding creative vision and storytelling craft to pitches, proposals, and new client opportunities.
  • Demonstrated fluency with Google Gemini AI and a proactive curiosity to stay at the forefront of AI advancements, with a passion for applying cutting-edge technologies to real-world challenges

The team

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CR Deloitte Digital is one of Cannes Lions’ top 10 creative agencies in the world.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years’ experience in copywriting with a focus on CRM, digital, or content-driven marketing within an agency environment
  • 1+ years of experience developing high-impact messaging for omni-channel CRM campaigns.
  • 1+ years of experience leveraging customer data and analytics to personalize messaging and drive campaign performance.
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing award-winning CRM, loyalty, and data-driven creative.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Experience with comedic, playful, or culturally relevant brand messaging.
  • Experience with CRM, MarTech, or personalization tools/platforms.
  • Experience with a regulated industry like Financial Services or Life Sciences/Healthcare
