The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)

As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage - not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
  • Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
  • Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
  • Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
  • Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
  • And of course, having fun while doing it all!


What You'll Bring
