Kelly Services is hiring a Recruiting Specialist in Farmington, CT!

If you thrive in full-cycle recruiting and enjoy partnering closely with hiring managers, this role places you at the center of talent acquisition operations. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment activities using Workday, support hiring initiatives across departments, and play a key role in delivering qualified talent efficiently and compliantly.

What You'll Do

  • Post and manage job requisitions in Workday, including updating and editing job descriptions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualification requirements
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews aligned with recruiting processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and workflow status within the applicant tracking system
  • Attend job fairs, career events, and recruiting initiatives as assigned
  • Extend offers and support offer negotiations under guidance of the Head of A2H
  • Support Talent Acquisition activities including affirmative action reporting, system updates, and candidate communications

What You'll Bring
  • Experience working within the Workday Recruiting module required
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Strong administrative background; experience in a mid-size to large corporate environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
