Job Type:

  • Part-time

Salary:

  • Starting at $11.50 - $13.50/hour based on experience plus tip pooling

Benefits:

  • Free items per shift and store discounts
  • Eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision benefits after working for a 12 month period and reaching 1,820 hours in that time-frame

Responsibilities for the position includes:

- First, and foremost, have a GREAT ATTITUDE and provide excellent customer service!

- Can work well alone and with others

- Be engaging and energetic with staff and customers. Have a strong desire to drive sales and exceed customers' expectations.

- Have the ability to multi-task

- Manage the dessert-making process to ensure it's efficient and always striving for quality of products

- Ensure all equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained throughout the day for customers and staff

- Manage a cash drawer

Physical setting:

  • Light lifting

Schedule: Store hours are 10:00am - 10:00pm Sunday - Wednesday and 10:00am - 11:00pm Thurs - Saturday. Shifts vary by day and week, providing flexibility.
