Our team provides care for a wide variety of adult patients with medical and post-surgical needs, offering a strong foundation in clinical skills, time management, and teamwork. As a smaller facility, we benefit from close collaboration with providers and a real sense that every team member's voice matters.</p><p></p><p>If you’re looking for a team that values connection, clinical excellence, and professional growth, we’d love to have you join us.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do: </b></p><ul><li><p>Gathers and analyzes patient information</p></li><li><p>Develops, implements, evaluates and revises an individualized plan of care</p></li><li><p>Uses teach back methodology to educate patient and family</p></li><li><p>Actively seeks to prevent potential hospital acquired</p></li><li><p>Effectively communicates patient status, priority goals and interventions during consultations, rounds and handoffs</p></li><li><p>Follows all HIPAA policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Behaves in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of St. Joseph Mercy Hospitals</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Shifts Available: Contingent Nights or Days - with Weekend and Holiday rotations</b></p><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p><b>Education</b></p><p>Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse.
