The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of continental dishes, ensuring high-quality standards in terms of taste, portioning, and presentation. The role includes overseeing food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The candidate will also train and guide kitchen staff, contribute to menu design, and ensure timely food service to delight guests.Qualifications- Expertise in preparing and presenting a wide range of continental dishes with an eye for detail.- Strong skills in kitchen management, team supervision, and staff training.- Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and inventory management.- Creative approach to menu planning and passion for experimenting with flavors and presentations.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Prior experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar position in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.- Culinary certification or relevant training is an added advantage.
