You will apply advanced analytics to uncover insights, guide project teams to execute complex initiatives, and build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives. You will drive sustainable reductions in clinical and cost variation, champion the adoption of Vizient solutions, and contribute to ongoing thought leadership and practice development.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Provide strategic direction to enhance cost efficiency, reduce clinical variation, and improve (Orthopedics) care quality.</li><li>Utilize analytics to extract insights and solve complex challenges within (Orthopedics) programs and service lines.</li><li>Synthesize data from multiple sources to develop recommendations that support informed client decision-making.</li><li>Create innovative solutions that drive improved (Orthopedics) performance.</li><li>Lead complex projects or workstreams to ensure timely execution, appropriate resource allocation, and measurable value delivery.</li><li>Oversee project plans to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics.</li><li>Ensure effective implementation and adoption of Vizient tools and technologies at client sites.</li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with senior client leaders, including regular engagement with C-suite executives.</li><li>Facilitate executive-level discussions, presentations, and decision-making sessions.</li><li>Support business development by identifying opportunities and participating in sales activities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Relevant degree preferred. Clinical degree is a plus.</li><li>7 or more years of relevant experience required.</li><li>Service line management experience in (Orthopedics) department strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze financial and quality data, develop operational strategies, and drive process improvements.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with exceptional verbal communication essential for influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating complex decision-making.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Estimated Hiring Range:</b></u></p>At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
