The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 3–7 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related field. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of client projects by analyzing business impacts, identifying opportunities, and driving actionable solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, contributing to diverse areas such as stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, training delivery, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in solving complex problems while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. They bring strong client‑facing skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This is a full‑time, in‑office, non‑remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Key Responsibilities Business Impact and Delivery • Develop and communicate detailed business impacts stemming from the implementation of client solutions. • Conduct research and analyze data to identify key insights, learnings, and business opportunities. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define project requirements and ensure alignment with client objectives. • Lead the preparation of reports, timelines, and presentations to articulate project progress and outcomes to clients, management, and other stakeholders. Project Execution and Collaboration • Work closely with internal teams to understand technical and business requirements, ensuring smooth project execution. • Lead modules of project work, including the analysis of client environments and the development of modernization strategies and project plans. • Monitor project scope, timelines, and quality to ensure deliverables meet expectations. • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to identify, allocate, and manage resources. Training and Change Management • Deliver end‑user training to facilitate the adoption of deployed solutions. • Guide stakeholders in transitioning to new systems, processes, and procedures through structured workshops. • Provide support and recommendations to clients for successful organizational change management. Client Engagement • Build and maintain positive client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. • Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns and recommending solutions. • Actively participate in client meetings, presenting updates, solutions, and strategic recommendations. Internal Contributions • Contribute to the development and writing of client proposals. • Participate in mentoring and learning initiatives to support the growth of the organization. • Take on special assignments as requested by senior management. Requirements Experience and Education • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 3–7 years of experience in consulting, project management, or relevant industries (energy, mining, construction preferred). • Prior experience in developing modernization strategies and driving process improvements.
