If so, this is the opportunity you’ve been searching for! As a Consultant Business Analyst, you will play a key role in establishing new capabilities within Fidelity’s Asset Management business. You’ll demonstrate your analytical mindset and curiosity about data to support critical initiatives that improve data governance and distribution. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects that build the future of data strategy at Fidelity. • Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and governance initiatives. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and precision. • Drive results independently while aligning daily tasks with long-term strategic goals. • Find opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to innovative solutions. • Support oversight of data acquisition and distribution, ensuring compliance with governance standards. The Expertise and Skills You Bring • Mid-level experience in financial services as a business and/or data analyst. • Ability to connect day-to-day tasks with broader organizational objectives. • Familiarity with data analysis, visualization, and presentation tools; SQL experience preferred. • Strong written and verbal skills for engaging with both business and technology collaborators. • Collaborative, diligent, and eager to contribute to team and customer success. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The program is in partnership with Asset Management and aligned with the enterprise Data Management Council to deliver on program goals that will ensure that data is understood, trusted, and becomes easier to access, use, and share • Driving engagement with FFIO Data Strategy which strives to define and deliver comprehensive, high-quality data solutions for our consumers • Leading all aspects of data acquisition and distribution supporting the governance of access to market data and internally generated data. Our user population spans across multiple business divisions at Fidelity. Certifications: Category: Business Analysis Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
