Job Summary:
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service,assistwith inquiries, and support the overall hospitality experience within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greetandassistresidents, families, and visitors
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Provide information and support for resident services
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
  • Assistwith administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
