Concessions Admin - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule: Part time; Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. This is an event-based position with the opportunity to work additional hours as determined by business needs. Open availability preferred.

Requirements: The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive, with a proven administrative background. The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment is essential.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or as a food service supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Conflict resolutions and de-esclation skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand event-specific paperwork, inventory reports, and menus
  • Exceptional organizaitional skills and attention to detail

Job Summary

Summary: The Concessions Coordinator position supports the Concessions department leadership team. This position will be responsible for the compliance verification for the Non-Profit Groups, scheduling, and administrative duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned non-profit partners.
  • Verify and track compliance documentation including contracts, certifications, training completion, and required credentials.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for all non-profit contracts and compliance records.
  • Ensure all non-profit staff meet Levy, venue, and regulatory requirements prior to working events.
  • Monitor adherence to Levy Responsible Alcohol Service policies and required mandated trainings.
  • Work closely with sanitation, safety, and leadership teams to ensure Health Department and PSC standards are met.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and locations are set prior to doors and assist with adjustments during events.
  • Maintain staffing trackers, reports, and scheduling documentation.
  • Assist with staff check-in prior to events and verify proper placement.
  • Create, process, and track invoices related to non-profit operations and vendors.
  • File, organize, and maintain contracts, invoices, reports, and confidential documentation.
  • Maintain confidential personnel and non-profit records in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate and support training for supervisors, leads, cashiers, and non-profit staff.
  • Assist with executing mandated training programs and tracking completion.
  • Maintain training records and ensure documentation is properly filed and compliant.
  • Monitor timesheets and punch data to support accurate payroll processing
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
