Requirements

This is a great opportunity to supplement your income while looking for longer or more full-time work, all while contributing to the development of new AI models using your domain expertise.

No interview required + flexibility to work as much or as little as you choose - 20hrs/week is suggested, but not a limit. Start working in as little as 72 hours.

What to expect: You'll complete a brief onboarding assessment, which includes an async assessment and identity verification (60-90 minutes), which you will be compensated up to $100 for prior to receiving the offer.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master’s Degree, or PhD in Computer Science (current students welcome) and experience in academic or professional computer science
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Complete fluency in the English language
  • Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing
  • Solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines

Preferred qualifications:

  • Academic publication and writing experience in computer science or related fields (data science, electrical or computer engineering, etc.)
  • Master’s Degree, or PhD in Computer Science (current students welcome)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of specific academic Computer Science subfields
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts

What you’ll be working on

You'll contribute to training generative artificial intelligence models, helping them become proficient writers in the field of computer science.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate on diverse writing projects to train generative AI models.

Example projects include:

  • Ranking a series of responses generated by an AI model.
  • Crafting short stories based on given topics.
  • Assessing the factual accuracy of AI-generated text.
