WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You will learn how to create opportunity and build trust with homeowners. This is a professional sales role where you will:

  • Engage with 2 to 4 homeowners daily to identify roofing needs
  • Guide customers through inspections and insurance restoration options
  • Present value-driven solutions backed by industry-leading warranties
  • Train weekly with mentors focused on your growth and accountability

Every conversation builds skill, confidence, and earning power.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Month: $4,000 to $6,000

First Year: $80,000 to $200,000+

Top Sales Reps: $250,000 to $500,000+ annually

Elite Performers: $500,000 to $1,000,000+ annually
