Hello!

I'm looking for a community manager for a travel account social media to handle comments replies, pins, forward important messages and prepare a report daily and weekly.

Must write perfect english, understand social media culture. Preferably from the philippines as the rest of the team is from there.

This is a 10h/day Monday to friday commitment, we post videos every few hours, 10 videos per day on average accross 6 plateforms using oneupapp.io app to comment/post on all of them.

1) Reply to every comment within 15-60mn of post with an answer statement and a question. Then, reply again if they reply. - do it again 4h and 12h later.

2) Pin comments that would make other reply or like being funny or engaging.

If no good comment, create an engaging one and pin our directly.

3)Analytics:

Report daily and weekly best performing video, worse performing video, format that consistently works great, format that consistently doesnt and need to be killed.

Your goal is to help the producer know what is performing great and what should be killed.

Rules:

Never argue in comments. One polite response max, then stop.

No generic spammy questions (“How are you?”). Questions must be specific to the post.

Keep replies short. 1–2 sentences, 1 question.

First-hour coverage: 100% of posts have replies + pinned prompt within 30 min.
