Job Title: Store Crew Member

As a Store Crew Member at Little Caesars, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that ensure the store operates efficiently and provides excellent customer service. This is a part-time position, and no formal education is required. We offer paid training to help you succeed in the role. Compensation includes a base pay of $11 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $15 per hour, including a $4 bonus based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of food, maintain cleanliness of the work area, and follow food safety procedures.
  • Operate store equipment such as ovens, cash registers, and other tools needed to complete orders.
  • Restock supplies and ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and clean at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions and assist with taking inventory when required.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations, including communication with team members and management.

Requirements:

  • No formal education required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to follow store policies, health, and safety regulations.

Compensation:

  • Starting base pay is $11 per hour.
  • Bonus of up to $4 per hour based on performance, with the potential to earn up to $15 per hour.

Evaluation Plan:

  • Employee performance will be evaluated through regular assessments during the introductory (trial) period to ensure proper fit for both the employee and the company.
