About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Servicing professional to join our team on an onsite-freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams (creative, strategy, production). Understand and interpret client briefs, ensuring transparent communication and effective execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns from concept to delivery. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Prepare and present campaign reports, status updates, and performance evaluations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Support in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions. What We’re Looking For: 1–10 years of relevant experience in Account Management / Client Servicing. Strong understanding of advertising processes and campaign management. Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a problem-solving attitude. Must be available to work from the Gurgaon office. Immediate joiners preferred.
