As part of our flexible work offerings we are looking for experienced cleaners to work in the Berkshire and South Oxfordshire areas.

Working on an employed or self employed basis, at hours to suit you, you will use our pre approved products and equipment to service our client base. Mini-franchising opportunities are also available. See below for our openings.

We work in domestic and commercial environments, across multiple sites. We can offer anywhere between 16-50 hours per week, your choice. Shifts vary and can be between 6am and 6pm. Weekend work is also available. As a self employed contractor you can decide what hours you wish to work.

We offer a base rate of £17 per hour to all self employed cleaners and £13.50 to employed roles. This can be enhanced further with additional skills and duties such as deeper cleaning and weekend working.

Our current self employed contract cleaners earn between £35,000 and £44,000 per year FTE.

We are recruiting experienced housekeepers/drivers only with their own vehicle as you will be required to drive to clients properties.

Current Roles Available:

  • Theale - Employed Cleaner - 0600 until 1300 Monday, 0600 unto 1000 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 0700 to 1900
  • Twyford - Self Employed Weekend Cleaner - 0600 until 1500
  • Wargrave - Self Employed Morning Cleaner - 7-9 Monday to Friday
  • Berkshire Area - Self Employed Mobile Cleaner 16-50 hours per week
  • Caversham Heights - Employed Cleaner - Monday/Wednesday/Friday 0600-0800
  • South Oxfordshire Area - Self Employed Mobile Cleaner 16-50 hours per week

This position is based in Reading and its surrounding areas into South Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

  • Drive to various locations to perform cleaning services efficiently.
  • Drive to various locations to perform housekeeping services efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to safety protocols and Quality Standards.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
