What You'll Do (Key Duties)

  • Assist with order tracking, billing questions, returns, and product information

  • Troubleshoot basic technical or account issues

  • Provide step-by-step guidance using prepared resources

  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

  • Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when needed

  • Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards
