**Job Summary**

Job Summary:

Levy Restaurants at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking passionate and skilled catering cooks to join our team. Candidates with previous experience in high-level catering or hotel kitchens will be given special consideration. As a Catering Cook you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests in the stadium's exclusive club areas. This position requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll work closely with a talented culinary team to prepare and execute innovative menus that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Utilize advanced knife skills for various food preparations, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and filleting to meet recipe requirements and ensure uniformity and quality.

Execute large-scale catering orders for events, ensuring food is prepared to perfection and served on time. Follow detailed recipes and adjust cooking methods based on dietary needs and client preferences. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times to meet client and event specifications.

Ensure food safety standards are met by properly handling, storing, and cooking ingredients, following all sanitation practices, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Assist with the preparation and organization of ingredients and kitchen stations before events, ensuring that all necessary equipment and tools are in place.

Assist in inventory management, including checking inventory levels and helping to restock as needed. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in proper working condition. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure all food is prepared and stored safely.

Perform other duties as assigned by the banquet chef

Qualifications Skills & Qualifications:

General Requirements (All Levels):

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Career Path:

- Advancement opportunities include progression from Level 3 to Levels 2 and 1, and eventually to roles such as Supervisor, Jr. Sous or Sous Chef based on performance and experience.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts.

- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding kitchen environment.
