Universal Call Center Rep: are sales representatives who are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour¹

Assist the customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to do that.²

Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday: 730am-11pm EST (Peak: 9am-4pm EST) Saturday: 730am-8pm EST (Peak: 730-8pm EST) Sunday: 9am-8pm EST (Peak: 11am-3pm EST)

Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.

Gig Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Customer Assistance: Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to customers' general inquiries.

· Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments

· Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales experience (required).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).

• Must render at least 20 hours per week following the Operating/Peak Hours stated above.²

¹ Paid $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee).

²Build your own schedule from available hours of business. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (including Holidays), between 7AM and 8PM MST.
