We are hiring dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professionals to drive sales of our client's Document Management & Digitization Solutions across corporate markets.

This is a B2B sales role focused on corporate software solutions, targeting enterprises and key accounts.

The designation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience (Executive / Senior Executive / Manager level).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and approach prospective corporate clients
  • Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business and technical requirements
  • Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and timely reporting
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams during pre-sales and implementation
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and assist during installations
  • Stay updated with product developments and new features

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Corporate Software Sales / IT Sales
  • Strong B2B sales and key account management experience
  • Experience in handling full sales cycle independently
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • IT background is an added advantage
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger sales team
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Own vehicle or willingness to arrange before joining

Salary & Benefits

  • AED 6,000 - AED 10,000 (Based on assessment & experience), Commission, fuel reimbursement
  • Health insurance, Annual return ticket allowance.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
