What makes you a great fit • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development. • Domain Experience: You have worked with Banking, FinTech, Telecom, or Public Sector projects. You understand how complex enterprise systems and workflows operate. • English – Advanced: You are comfortable leading meetings and negotiating with native speakers (US/EU). • Documentation Skills: You know how to write high-quality technical documentation and User Stories (not just vague descriptions). • Proactive communication: You don’t wait for answers; you ask the right questions to clarify ambiguity.
