The Brand Strategist, Retail + Environmental Strategy plays a critical role in shaping how Edward Jones shows up in physical spaces, from branch offices to branded environments and community activations. This role blends strategic thinking with design sensibility to ensure every touchpoint reflects the firm's brand values, enhances client experience, and supports advisor engagement. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with deep experience in retail, environmental, or experiential branding and a passion for creating spaces that connect people to purpose. • *What you'll do...** - **Strategic Development:** Lead the development of environmental brand strategies that align with Edward Jones' brand ambition and audience needs.Translate brand positioning into physical experiences across retail branches, pop-arenaflex, community spaces, and events. - **Environmental Design:** Partner with design, real estate, and operations teams to ensure physical environments reflect brand identity and deliver a consistent, client-first experience.Develop environmental guidelines, toolkits, and scalable frameworks for use across markets. - **Retail Strategy Integration:** Collaborate with Branch Real Estate, Practice Management and field teams to evolve the retail experience, ensuring it supports advisor-client relationships and reflects local market nuances.Identify opportunities to modernize and differentiate the Edward Jones branch experience. - **Trade Dress Stewardship:** Define and protect the firm's trade dress across all branded environments, ensuring consistent application of visual identity, spatial design, and brand elements. Partner with Legal and Compliance to manage brand integrity and mitigate risk related to environmental branding. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Brand teams, Branch Real Estate and Creative, Communications and External Affairs to ensure environmental branding is integrated across channels. Serve as a strategic consultant to internal teams on space planning, signage, and branded environments. - **Measurement + Optimization:** Define success metrics for environmental branding initiatives and use insights to refine strategies.Stay current on retail and experiential trends to inform innovation and relevance.
