The Owned Brand Marketing Director is responsible to execute the marketing plan for BBC’s portfolio of owned brands with the intent to drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and market share. The Owned Brand Marketing Director will ensure alignment with business objectives and drive growth through consumer-centric marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include identifying target audiences, creating & executing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and measuring campaign effectiveness using data and KPIs. A successful marketing director requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills, along with a deep understanding of digital marketing, social media & retail marketing

Location: Hybrid – Boca/Plantation

Core Responsibilities

  • Marketing Plan Management: Develops annual marketing plans, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Campaign Management (DIGTIAL FOCUS): Oversees the creation and execution of campaigns, including digital and traditional media, to reach target audiences.
  • Team & Agency Management: Leads and supervises marketing team, and manages relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Budget Management: Develops and manages the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Performance Measurement: Uses data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Brand Development: Works to increase brand awareness and market share through effective branding and communication strategies

Key skills and qualifications

  • Leadership and communication: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze complex data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Market knowledge: A deep understanding of consumer, market, and competitive landscapes are required.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Experience: Significant experience in digital marketing, minimum of 7 Years of experience, and demonstrates a proven track record
