Job Description:

A young family is seeking a Spanish-speaking professional nanny to care for their 2.5-year-old twins — a boy and a girl — as they grow and explore the world.

We are looking for someone warm, reliable, and energetic who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and can help create a loving, structured, and engaging environment through play, daily routines, and outdoor activities.

The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage two active toddlers while supporting their development and independence.

Schedule is Monday to Friday – approximately 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing, hands-on care in a safe and stimulating environment

Plan age-appropriate play and activities that support developmental milestones

Encourage curiosity, independence, and positive behavior

Support daily routines including meals, potty training, and nap schedules

Travel with the family and help maintain consistent routines

Requirements:

Native Spanish speaker

Fluent English speaker

Previous experience working with toddlers (experience with twins or multiples is a plus)

Positive energy, patience, and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage two toddlers with confidence and calm

Willingness to live in and travel with the family

Working Hours:

50+ hours per week

Salary Offered:

$80,000 – $90,000 per year depending on experience
