DATAMARK, Inc. is looking for a Remote French - English Bilingual Agent!

If you are fluent in both French and English and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want you to join our team! As a Remote French - English Bilingual Agent, you will serve as a vital link between our company and our diverse client base, assisting with inquiries, providing information, and solving problems in both languages.

In this role, you will handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for all customers. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and reinforce DATAMARK's commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in both French and English.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document customer interactions accurately into our systems.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed customer service goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
