people who run them - and you'll be one of them. As a Front of House Team Member,
you're a natural when it comes to making people feel welcome and comfortable.

You can read each customer. If there's someone with their head in their laptop just wanting a quiet coffee, or a group birthday celebration here for cocktails, tapas and good times, you can effortlessly adapt your style and approach for each. You'll work with management and the entire team, delivering 14 great shifts to make sure that every customer leaves happy. Which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
