<p><strong>Job Description- </strong><br><br> Our client, a B2B Appointment Setting Agency, is looking for highly motivated, resilient, and articulate Appointment Setters to join our remote appointment setting team.</p> <p>In this role, you will be the tip of the spear for our outbound campaigns. You will be making high-volume cold calls to business owners in the United States with the primary goal of booking qualified sales meetings.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul><li><strong>High-Volume Dialing:</strong> Execute major outbound cold calls per day using a power dialer to reach decision-makers in the US.</li><li><strong>Pitching & Objection Handling:</strong> Confidently navigate gatekeepers, deliver value-driven pitches, and handle common rejections using provided scripts and battle cards.</li><li><strong>Pipeline Management:</strong> Accurately update and manage lead statuses, call dispositions, and meeting notes directly within Zoho CRM.</li><li><strong>Follow-Up:</strong> Trigger automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not answer or request more information.</li><li><strong>Meeting Targets:</strong> Consistently hit daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and qualified booked appointments.</li></ul> <h3><strong>Requirements (Must-Haves)</strong></h3> <ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting specifically targeting the US, UK, or Australian markets.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent.
