Customer Service / Dispatch Representative — Auto Transport

Location: Remote (U.S.-Based)
Employment Type: Flexible — Full-Time or Part-Time

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Please do not send us a résumé. Email me directly instead — we want to talk to real people, not read generic job summaries.

If you have not worked for an individual retail auto transport brokerage and have not used Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch extensively, please do not apply.

This is a people-skill position — it’s about how you communicate, solve problems, and handle customers and carriers in real time. Experience dispatching for trucking companies, taxi services, or general freight/logistics has no carryover to our industry

We say that respectfully — this is a very specific niche, and we’re only looking for people who already understand it inside and out.

About Us

At Amerigo Auto Transport, people are the most valuable commodity we have. We’re a veteran-owned, family-run brokerage built on trust, respect, and real relationships. We want to build something that lasts — a team that grows together, has fun doing it, and takes pride in what we create as a group.

We love to laugh, get to know our team and their families, and believe in creating an environment where everyone can grow, succeed, and enjoy what they do. If you value honesty, teamwork, and long-term growth, you’ll fit right in here.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service / Dispatch Representative who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity to make real money and grow with a company that’s scaling fast. We offer flexible scheduling — full-time or part-time — and care more about your reliability and professionalism than your hours on a clock.

We’re not looking for button-pushers — we’re looking for people who care, who hustle, and who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the dispatch process from posting to delivery
  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers in real time
  • Vet and assign qualified carriers while maintaining compliance standards
  • Handle schedule changes, delays, and problem loads with urgency and professionalism
  • Keep shipment details updated accurately throughout each order
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail auto transport brokerage or carrier dispatch
  • Extensive use and knowledge of Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • U.S.-based applicants only — we do not outsource or hire overseas
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, transactional environment
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Opportunity and Growth

  • Flexible scheduling and work-life balance options
  • Fast-track advancement for people who prove themselves
  • Join a team that rewards hustle, initiative, and loyalty
