Utilize data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Data Strategy & Management team. Act as a thought leader within the financial technology industry, staying up-to-date on market trends and best practices. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance to help them grow and succeed in their roles. Represent Mastercard and the Data Strategy & Management team at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and capabilities. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the division, with a focus on driving revenue and growth. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to achieve desired results.
