Closing date: Monday 2nd March

Recruitment Partner: Shannon Linton

You will sit within the Communications and Advocacy team, which exists to deliver measurable impact across a critical pillar of our Brand Growth Framework through a holistic advocacy strategy. The team develops and delivers growth-driven PR and influencer strategies and activations across No7 Beauty Company brands (No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, Sleek and Botanics) and markets, generating content and endorsement from influential third parties — including journalists, influencers, dermatologists and industry bodies.

As Assistant Influencer & Advocacy Manager, you'll help bring our influencer and consumer initiatives to life, helping strengthen brand advocacy and visibility across multiple channels and audiences. While the role is primarily based at our Nottingham Support Office, we're open to exploring a London base for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Influencer & Advocacy Manager, you'll support the delivery of influencer and advocacy programmes from planning through to execution. You'll help manage and mobilise key partners, contribute to brand immersions and experiences, and ensure campaigns run smoothly day to day.

Working closely with the Influencer & Advocacy Manager, our PR and Communications agency, and the Creator Growth team, you'll nurture relationships with creators and partners, coordinate projects and activations, and ensure all activity is delivered to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Influencer & Creator Relationship Management – Manage relationships with a portfolio of macro and mega influencers and leading brand ambassador performers, fostering authentic connections, ensuring clear communication, and acting as a primary contact for communications agency partners.

  • Employee Spokesperson Support – Support employee spokespeople appearing on social media, providing guidance on best practice, content creation and effective brand representation.

  • Briefing & Onboarding – Prepare comprehensive briefs for influencers, creators and internal spokespeople, ensuring they have the information and tools needed to represent the brand. Support onboarding of new partners.

  • Event & Pop-Up Implementation – Assist with planning, coordination and on-site execution of consumer and influencer events, including logistics, vendor liaison and ensuring a positive experience for attendees and partners.

  • Community Engagement Support – Help identify and engage relevant online and in-person communities, contributing to partnership proposals and building early-stage relationships.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Work with the marketing activation team and agency partners to monitor campaign performance, gather insights and contribute to reporting on key metrics to support ongoing optimisation.

What you'll need to have

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Experience supporting the delivery of marketing, PR, influencer or social media initiatives (agency or in-house)

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, emerging trends and the influencer landscape

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working with multiple stakeholders

It would be great if you also have

  • Previous experience specifically within influencer marketing, PR, social media management or advocacy programmes

  • An interest in (or passion for) the beauty industry and cultural trends shaping the space

  • Experience working with agencies, creators or brand ambassadors

  • Exposure to campaign performance tracking, reporting or campaign optimisation

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
