Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR program management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and expertise in HRIS systems, data analysis, and process improvement to support organizational growth and employee development.

Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including change management initiatives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Ceridian, and Dayforce.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using systems like Kronos and UltiPro.
  • Supervise HR team members and coordinate training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and process improvements.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Prepare presentations for leadership on HR metrics, program outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee HRIS systems to streamline HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and data reporting.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human resources management practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, and training & development.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Ceridian, Dayforce, Kronos.
  • Strong data analysis skills for reporting trends and making informed decisions.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies to optimize HR workflows.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for vendor management and conflict resolution.
  • Supervising experience leading HR teams or projects effectively.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels through presentations and interpersonal interactions.

Pay: $87,178.92-$117,524.74 per year
