About the position

American Honda Finance Corporation is currently seeking Sr. Analyst Systems Services for our Business Operations Services division. This position oversees Outbound Dialer, Outbound IVR, AWS/Contact Suite, and the WorkForce Management system, leading medium to large business initiatives. It involves process maintenance, policy amendments, project requirements, testing, field support, and serving as a backup for Incident Management, supervising three direct reports. Additionally, the role includes supporting Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, managing systems upgrades and projects, and ensuring effective communication with business teams and stakeholders ensuring alignment with AHM and AHFC corporate strategies

Responsibilities

  • Manage Projects & System Upgrades, Monitoring and Maintenance-AWS Connect and ACD/Dialer
  • Manage Projects & System Upgrades, Monitoring and Maintenance-WFM
  • Enhance organizational development and associate engagement
  • Support Production Support and Production Support Frameworks: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management for Operational Service Delivery Stability
  • Support compliance & regulatory requirement efforts
  • Maintain Healthy Financial Position
  • Advance BOS internal processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems or equivalent
  • 6 years of relevant experience with leadership roles
  • Business experience working on ISD & Production Support projects
  • Experience managing WorkForce Management systems and/or ACD/Dialer/IVR required
  • Honda, Contact Center and IT Industry Business Knowledge
  • An understanding of business systems, applications and infrastructure
  • Leadership, business analysis, process mapping, and business communications including documenting and managing complex business requirements
